12. Suppliers

Each supplier requires a separate profile that contains all the required information for creating and placing purchase orders through PECOS P2P. All catalogues, external punch-out sites, dynamic documents and e-forms are loaded against this profile.

You may also create and edit custom user fields for each supplier and may save more than one profile for each where necessary.
