11. Multi Currency

PECOS supports the display of multiple currencies. The system administrator can specify which currencies an organisation uses in its day to day business, as well as which currencies users of an organisation may view.

If multi-currency is enabled requisitioners and approvers are able to view document values in alternate currencies and administrators are able to configure workflow to route based on available currencies. Currency translation is done 'on the fly', PECOS P2P does not store translated values. Values are stored based on a user's default currency and locale.

Currency maintenance is accessed through selecting the Currency option from the Financial tab.
