12. One Step Approval

One Step Approval allows the approver to review and then approve or return a requisition, purchase order or change order directly from their email instead of having to log in to PECOS P2P. This feature has a huge benefit for members of staff who work remotely or need to retain approval control via PDA’s or hand held devices.

Although the One Step Approval process does allow the approver to review documents via a detailed snapshot, it does not support editing and comments. There may therefore be instances when the approver must log into PECOS P2P directly to edit or add comments prior to approval.
