9.2 Change Order Prerequisites

The following rules will be applied when creating a change order:

Quantities CANNOT be reduced to below the quantity received or settled.
Prices CAN be changed either prior to or after receipting.
Prices CAN be changed after matching and during approval.
Prices CANNOT be changed for quantity based settlement orders, for any line that is partially or fully settled.
Prices CAN be changed for amount based settlement orders, for any line that is partially settled only. The price CANNOT be changed when the status is fully settled.
Blanket RELEASES can be changed, ORIGINAL blankets cannot.
Financial Tracking changes can only be made within the permissions of the ORIGINAL requisitioner.
