7.3.3 No Create Release Button

Note that if the 'Create New Release' button does not appear, one or more of the following conditions may be present:

• You do not have release permissions for the Blanket Order
• The Blanket does not require releases (no release permissions set)
• The Blanket Order is in status ‘Pending’ (blanket is not approved and transmitted to the supplier)
